WORCESTER — Ex-Pinkerton star TJ Urbanik had a big day for Phillips, totaling 203 yards of total offense and three touchdowns to lead the Big Blue to a 34-28 win over Worcester Academy.

Will Sirmon (10 carries, 201 yards, 3 TDs) added a 64-yard TD run later in the quarter and he added two long runs in the third. Urbanik gave the Big Blue (1-5) a 37-0 lead on a 4-yard run late in the third.

Phillips (0-1) got a good game from quarterback Stephen Hedburg, who threw for 215 yards on 16-of-30 passing and also rushed for a touchdown. Pinkerton transfer running back T.J. Urbanik had 51 all-purpose yards, catching four passes for 49 yards. Austin Meyers had a good day receiving for Phillips, racking up 115 yards on eight receptions.
