URBANIK LEADS PHILLIPS

WORCESTER — Ex-Pinkerton star TJ Urbanik had a big day for Phillips, totaling 203 yards of total offense and three touchdowns to lead the Big Blue to a 34-28 win over Worcester Academy.

Urbanik caught two touchdown passes of 49 and 48 yards from quarterback Will Sirmon, and also ran for a 56-yard score in the fourth to give Phillips the lead for good.

Phillips also got a 46-yard interception return for a touchdown in the first, as well as a 78-yard touchdown pass from Sirmon to Austin Myers. Sirmon finished with 243 yards passing for the day, and Myers led with four catches with 132 receiving yards.

Phillips (2-5) will face Phillips Exeter next Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
