After Phillips baseball suffered it's first loss of the season to Dexter on Wednesday, the two teams met again in the semifinals of the New England Prep School tournament late Saturday. The result was the same, however, with Big Blue falling 2-0, getting stopped a game short of a chance for a repeat title.

Big Blue beat Phillips Exeter 6-1 and 1-0 in a doubleheader, and remains a perfect 9-0 this spring. In Game 1, LJ Keevan went the distance on the mound and allowed only one, unearned run, and North Andover's Tristan Latham had a double and an RBI. Then in Game 2, Jackson Emus tossed a complete-game one-hitter with 10 strikeouts. The one hit he allowed was the first batter of the game.
