Amesbury's Laura Kaminsky had two hits and scored a run. Gabby Magnifico added two hits and two RBIs for the Indians (5-3).

Pentucket's softball team lost its third straight game, 7-4 to Amesbury, but you couldn't blame sophomore Bernadette Corrado, who had a career day with two home runs and a third hit that could have been a roundtripper.

 Down three runs with two outs to go in the bottom of the seventh, Amesbury rallied to score four runs and win the game with the crucial hit coming from Ali French on a two-run triple. French then scored the winning run on a wild pitch.

Hannah Weber had a two-run double for Amesbury (1-2). Jackie Weber added a triple. Gabbie Magnifico also had a double.
