Despite a 14-save performance from Brianna Rastello, No. 6-seeded Salem field hockey lost 2-0 to second-seeded Winnacunnet in the Division 1 semifinals.

Rachael Denning's goal off a corner with 6:33 left to play lifted No. 6 Salem field hockey to a 1-0 upset over third-seeded Timberlane in the Division 1 quarterfinals.

Danielle Smith scored on a pass from her sister Erika Smith with just 36 seconds remaining to lead No. 6-seeded Salem field hockey to a 1-0 victory over No. 11 Dover in the first round of the Division 1 tournament.

Danielle Donovan and Kerri Fields played lock-down defense, making a lot of key saves in front of goalie Brianna Rastello and clearing the ball effectively in Salem's 1-0 field hockey win over Manchester Central.

Masha Lange's overtime goal was the only score of the game as Timberlane edged Salem.  The Owls (7-1-1) received another strong effort in net from keeper Molly Difresne (four saves). Equally impressive was Salem's Brianna Rastello (also four saves). Kiley Keenan played well offensively for Salem (6-4-1).

Rachael Denning scored with 1:04 to play to lift Salem to a 2-1 field hockey victory  over Bishop Guertin, lifting the Blue Devils to 6-3-1.
