Georgetown's boys lacrosse team made a gallant run to the tournament, winning nine of its last 10 regular season games, but the 13th seed suffered a forceful exit from the Division 3 East tourney in an 18-5 loss to No. 20 Cohasset. Ben Warren scored twice in the Royals' final game of the year.

With its 19-7 defeat of Nashoba, Georgetown boys lacrosse  haas qualified for the state tourney. Mike Gochakowski scored five goals, giving him 53 for the season, and Ben Warren's four-goal, three-assist effort puts him just two points away from his career season high of 78 points.

Georgetown's boys lacrosse team gave highly regarded North Reading all it could handle before the Hornets rallied for an 11-10 victory. Trailing 5-3 at halftime, North Reading (2-0) clawed back, fueled by the four goals and three assists by Cody Carbone. Cam Knight scored the game-winner with two minutes remaining.
