Jordan Silva picked up right where he left off last season scoring 23 points to lead all scorers in Pentucket's win over Amesbury, 51-38. John Piccolomini also had a career high in points for the Sachems with 10, while David Smith led the Indians with seven points.
Coach Leo Parent said he was happy with his team's effort and happy to keep the Indians under 40 points, but added the Sachems need to improve their own ball handling, which had a few too many turnovers.
