NORTH ANDOVER — Phillips ran into a buzzsaw on Saturday, falling to three-time defending NEPSAC champions Choate, 40-0.
"They're tremendous," said Phillips coach Leon Modeste, whose team dropped to 3-1. "One of the best high school football teams I've ever seen."
Choate (4-0) hasn't lost a game in quite a while. MaxPrep lists the Wild Boars as having a 33-game winning streak, the seventh-longest in the country according to the site.
