Salem rolls to title game for 11th straight year

Salem flexed its muscles with a 3-0 win over Windham in the state semis.

Pat Frydryck had 11 kills, Colton Burnham 9 kills, Matt LaVasseur 9 kills and Reed Grubbs added 35 assists and 13 service points for the unbeaten 10-team defending state champs.

Asked about the title matchup, Blue Devils coach John Roemer said, "We're looking forward to it. It's the top two teams in the state. The funnest games this year have been playing them. It's what they wanted and what we wanted. It should be fun."
