Matthews' last minute TD lifts Sanborn

SWANZEY -Zach Matthews rushed 23 times for 149 yards but his biggest run came with about 30 seconds left.
Matthews sprinted into the end zone from six yards out to break a 6-6 tie and lift Sanborn to a 12-6 victory on the road.
Monadnock had tied the game 6-6 with about 2:30 remaining in the fourth.
Mike D'Amelio's 70 punt return gave the Indians a 6-0 edge in the third quarter. D'Amelio added 12 yards on three carries.
QB Christian Ehlers rushed four times for 66 yards.
Cam MacNeil and Shawn Gowans each made interceptions to lead the Sanborn defense.
The Indians improved to 3-3 and Monadnock dropped to 2-3.
