Read More »Freshman Kristina Allard won the 400 and long jump and placed second in the 200 to lead Sanborn to a third-place finish at the Division 2 State Meet. Megan Sheehan broke her own school record to take second in the discus. Teammate Kaylen LaChapelle, another talented frosh, won the triple jump.
Pelham went 1-2 in the high jump with Mia Herrling winning another state crown.
Sanborn track saw two school records broken. Kristina Allard set a new mark in the 400 with a time of 58.48, and Owen Snively broke the shot put record with a throw of 47-9.
