NASHUA — Sanborn freshman Kristina Allard made her first attempt at the heptathlon a memorable one over the weekend.

When asked if she was intimidated by competing in her first Meet of Champions, Sanborn freshman Kristina Allard firmly dismissed the notion.

Freshman Kristina Allard won the 400 and long jump and placed second in the 200 to lead Sanborn to a third-place finish at the Division 2 State Meet. Megan Sheehan broke her own school record to take second in the discus. Teammate Kaylen LaChapelle, another talented frosh, won the triple jump.
Pelham went 1-2 in the high jump with Mia Herrling winning another state crown.

Sanborn track saw two school records broken. Kristina Allard set a new mark in the 400 with a time of 58.48, and Owen Snively broke the shot put record with a throw of 47-9.

Avery Scully set a new school record with a 5:22.1 in the 1,600 and Kristina Allard starred in the sprints (12.7/25.8) as Sanborn rolled to an easy win in an 8-team meet.

Sanborn star freshman Kristina Allard took first in two events at the 16th annual Black Bear Invitational. She won the long jump (16-10.75) and the 100 meters (12.80).
