HOOKSETT — For a while, it looked as if Windham had taken control of the game.

Jaguars relief pitcher Alex Morrow had just escaped a bases-loaded, no out jam by starting a slick double play with the help of catcher Chris Houde in the bottom of the fourth. And in the next half inning, Connor O’Neil tied the game with a sacrifice fly.

No. 3 Windham jumped ahead of John Stark early, and starter Brandon Dufault went the distance on the mound with 10 strikeouts to lead the Jaguars to a 7-3 win in the Division 2 quarterfinals. Tommy Costa drove in three runs, and Stephen Koza drove in two. The Jaguars play No. 2 and defending champs Souhegan Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Southern New Hampshire University. Souhegan beat Windham twice during the regular season.

Windham pitcher Brandon Dufault mowed down Hollis-Brookline in a 3-1 win, striking out 14 batters while allowing just three hits and an unearned run in seven innings.

Brandon Dufault allowed just three hits and struck out seven in a complete game effort as Windham edged Goffstown 5-3. Cameron Burns was 2 for 2 with an RBI double.

Tommy Costa singled home a run in the bottom of the eighth inning to give Windham an 8-7 walkoff victory over ConVal.

Windham pitcher Ryan Faria pitched a complete game shutout to beat Pelham 10-0, striking out 10 while allowing just one hit over six innings. Donovan Hopkins also went 3 for 5 while driving in four runs.
