Salem's Nicole Gubellini allowed a hit to the first batter of the game, then proceeded to retire the next 21 hitters in a row as the Blue Devils topped Concord 5-0. Gubellini, who fell just that leadoff single short of her second straight no-hitter, struck out eight.

Gubellini tossed a no-hitter, walking two and striking out seven, had three hits and drove in a run, and snagged a hot line drive up the middle in the third inning that was the biggest threat to her no-no. The Blue Devils got four hits from first-year varsity players Emily O'Brien and Brianna Rastello in the cleanup spot in the win.
