Windham's softball team may be peaking at the right time. The Jaguars beat Pinkerton 9-4 in the first round of the Division 1 tournament as sophomore Katie Nolan went 3 for 4 with three RBIs and winning pitcher Jasmine Moskowitz had a pair of RBIs.The Jagw will be at Londonderry on Wednesday.

With a runner on second and two outs in the bottom of the seventh, Larissa Piessens singled to left field, scoring Ella Tower and giving Windham an 11-10 walkoff victory over Pinkerton. Pissens finished the game with three hits and three RBIs, while Towewr was the winning pitcher. 

Madison Solt was in prime form for Salem in a 5-1 defeat of Windham. In perhaps her best game of the season, she threw a two-hitter, striking out eight and allowing just one walk.

Larissa Piessens had a home run and drove in six runs with her three hits and Cami Belair scored five runs as Windham drilled 21 hits in a 21-8 win over Exeter.

Windham scored all 10 of its runs in the sixth inning in a defeat of Pelham. Cami Belair went 4 for 5, Larissa Piessens stroked a solo homer and Kerrin Fitzgerald went to the opposite field for a 3-run homer for the Jaguars. 

Freshman Katherine O'Leary drove in three runs with two hits and classmate Alexa Salafia pitched six innings without giving up an earned run as improving Timberlane edged Windham, 6-5.

Freshman Alexa Salafia and sophomore Olivia Matrazzo both had two hits and two RBIs to pace Timberlane to a big 6-1 win over Windham. Abby Farone was the winning pitcher.

Makayla Panich blasted a home run, during Windham's 10-run fourth inning, and the Jaguars beat Dover 11-3. Jasmine Moskowiz drove in three runs and struck out six as the winning pitcher.

WINDHAM — For half an inning, it appeared Windham softball was on the verge of retaking control.

After allowing five runs in the top of the first, the Jaguars struck back with three runs in the bottom of the inning, seemingly swinging the early momentum.

Kerrin Fitzgerald went 4 for 4 and drove in 7 runs and Ella Tower scattered two hits and fanned nine. They were the stars as Windham blanked Portsmouth, 14-0, in 5 innings.
