Pitcher's duel to Windham

Tyler Toohey and Ryan Faria combined on a one-hitter, leading No. 7 Windham past No. 10 Pelham 3-0 in the Division 2 first round. 
 
Toohey allowed one hit in 5.2 innings, striking out nine and earning the win. Faria picked up the save, going 1.1 innings of perfect relief. They out-dueled Sanborn's Chris Hanna, who allowed just two hits and two earned runs in a complete game. 
 
Tommy Langlois and Jojo Gallo each drove in a run for Windham, which will next travel to No. 2 Goffstown on Saturday at 4 p.m.

Playoff-bound

Sanborn scored 10 runs in the fourth inning and won an 18-13 slugfest over St. Thomas Aquinas to clinch a playoff berth. Brian McGough drove in four runs and Chris Hanna had three ribbies.

Twin dingers

With Sanborn trailing by two runs heading into the seven, Colin Holt opened the rally with a solo home run and Chris Hanna finished it off with a two-run homer as the Indians beat Coe-Brown 4-3.

Colin Maguire drove in the winning run in the top of the eighth, scoring Nolan Duquette with his second run to give Sanborn a 4-3 win over Milford.

Leblanc does it all

Luke Leblanc was everywhere for Sanborn baseball. He tossed a complete-game allowing just one earned run with seven strikeouts, and he also went 2 for 4 at the plate with an RBI and two runs scores as the Indians downed Pembroke 8-2.
