The Triton softball team bounced back from Monday's loss to North Reading with a convincing 17-5 win over Hamilton-Wenham. The Vikings finish the season 16-2 and should now be among the top seeds when the state tournament pairings are announced on June 5.

Triton softball downed Manchester Essex 15-5 on Thursday, improving to 15-1 on the season and setting the stage for a Cape Ann League showdown with undefeated North Reading on Monday. Triton has now won 12 games in a row, with the team's only loss all season coming against the Hornets back in April.

The Triton softball team edged out Ipswich 6-5 to improve to 12-1 on the season. Grace McGonagle went 3 for 3 with a double and two RBIs, Emily Karvielis drove in three runs, Colleen McCarthy made a diving catch at third and Katherine Quigley struck out eight to earn the win.

Triton softball improved to 8-1 with another big win. It's the fourth win where the Vikings have won by outscoring their opponent by at least nine runs, and their largest margin of victory all year.

Triton went into Pentucket and handed the Sachems their first loss of the season. The Vikings rebounded from their first loss a couple of days ago with two victories in a row, including this lopsided affair.

Katherine Quigley pitched a complete game shutout as the Triton softball team beat Masconomet 7-0. Bridget Sheehan had a double and a single with 3 RBIs, Emily Karvielis had two doubles and 3 RBIs and Grace McGongle was 3 for 4 with two runs as the Vikings improved to 4-1 on the year.

Emily Karveilis went 4 for 4 with five RBIs and Katherine Quigley pitched a complete game while allowing just one run with five strikeouts.

Triton's bats caught fire against Georgetown on the way to a 17-2 victory. Bridget Sheehan and Dani West each had four RBIs and Eve Pacos blasted a home run to lead the offense, and Katherine Quigley pitched a complete game while allowing just two runs on five hits with seven strikeouts. 

Triton's Grace McGonagle had a big day at the plate, going 5 for 5 with two runs scored and two RBI in the team's 9-5 win over Lynnfield. Dani West also went 2 for 4 with two clutch hits, scoring twice with two RBI as well.
