Hulme tops 100

Methuen's Kate Hulme wrapped up her incredible senior season in style, scoring 11 goals in the team's 19-5 win over Georgetown to top 100 goals for her career. Hulme finishes with 109 goals, including 86 this spring alone, and Monday's game marked the third time this season she scored 11 goals or more in a single game.

Rodden returns

Georgetown girls lacrosse welcomed back senior goalie Alyssa Rodden, who missed the first five games with a broken wrist, and picked up a 16-4 win over Greater Lowell. Rodden had 11 saves, and Shelby Cherwek scored 8 goals and 3 assists to lead the offense.

Goals on goals

North Reading girls lacrosse laid a scoring frenzy on Georgetown, winning 19-13 despite Shelby Cherwek scoring nine goals for the Royals. Erin Hunter led the Hornets with five goals, Kiley McCarthy had four, and the team collectively scored 19 despite not recording a single assist.
