Molly Jannell made 17 saves and Maggie Noelk's goal with 2 minutes remaining tied it for Georgetown field hockey 1-1 against Amesbury. It ended in a 1-1 tie. 

Molly Jannell put together a tremendous effort in net for Georgetown, stopping 17 shots, but the Royals lost 2-0 to Rockport in field hockey action.

Early in the season Pentucket field hockey coach Ruth Beaton moved Alyssa Bartula from defense to attack. Wise move. The junior first-year varstiy player had all three goals yesterday in a 3-0 win over Georgetown.

After seeing a three-goal lead slip away, Maggie Noelk scored with 57 left in the game to give Georgetown its first win of the season, a 4-3 victory over North Reading. Kasey Lerner assisted on the goal.

Nicole Jaras and Sara Quinn played sharp games defensively for Georgetown, which played to a 0-0 field hockey draw with Manchester Essex.

Molly Jannell made a remarakable 26 saves, including 18 in the first half, but Georgetown field hockey lost 5-1 to Lynnfield.

Bioribel Castillo took a pass from Jazmin Torres and scored late in the first half to give Lawrence a season-opening 1-0 victory over Georgetown. Nairobi Ubilez made eight saves for the shutout.
