Sophomore Ben Noelk grabbed seven steals, seven rebounds and had seven assists to go with a career-best 10 points as Georgetown closed out its season with a 73-51 win over North Shore.

Angel Sanquintin drilled a couple of 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to get Georgetown close, but the Royals fell to Masconomet, 53-48.

Saddled with the idea of a Senior Night loss, Tyler Wade strapped Georgetown High on his back, scoring 11 of his game-high 25 points in the third quarter of the Royals 60-54 win over Triton.

Georgetown showed its best defense (holding North Reading to just two free throws in the first quarter) and its worst (giving up 38 points in a furious Hornet fourth-quarter comeback) last night, but timely free throw shooting saved the Royals in a 71-68 victory. North Reading carved a 17-point deficit down to three behind 21 points from Tommy Hogan, but Tyler Wade (24 points) and Pat Bjork (16 points) hit 13 foul shots down the stretch to preserve the win.

C.J. Ingraham came off the bench in the third quarter and sank back-to-back 3-pointers and made a hustling steal. His play led Georgetown back from a 10-point deficit to a 53-42 win over Rockport. Cesar Miranda-Black owned the boards with 12 rebounds.

Whittier came back strong from its first loss of the season, blasting Georgetown 76-41. Ryan Grant led the way for thew Wildcats (8-1) with 22 points.

After beating Amesbury by 11 points in the River Rivals Tourney, Georgetown ran into trouble stopping Amesbury's offense in the second half, falling to the Indians, 75-67. Tyler Wade led the Royals with 26 points in the setback.

Pentucket's boys held Georgetown to three points in the first quartewr and went on for a 63-48 victory over Georgetown. Will Angelini had 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Sachems.

Tyler Wade struck for a career-high 29 points as Georgetown topped North Shore 72-60. Angel Sanquintin was especially clutch, scoring 10 of his 12 points in the fourth quarter to put the game out of reach.

Will Angelini scored 17 points andpulled down eight reounds as Pentucket used a 31-point third quarter to pull away from Georgetown and claim the River Rival championship.
