Down 12 with three minutes left, No. 16 Georgetown stormed back against No. 1 Shawsheen. Rachael Sherman hit two of her five 3-pointers and Kristin Hogan nailed another big three. Finally, the Royals tied it on a pair of Marissa Agganis free throws with six seconds left.

Kristin Hogan erupted for a season high 25 points and Marissa Agganis added a season-high 18 as Georgetown whipped Manchester Essex 61-49.

Despite five steals from Michelle Reilly, Newburyport's rebounding was too much in its 64-46 victory over Georgetown.

Erika Zahoruiko had her second straight double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds as North Andover cruised past Georgetown, 48-32. Morgan Lumb had a pair of 3-pointer and finished with 10 points and four steals.

 Despite playing against a taller Lynnfield team, the Georgetown girls won the battle of the boards in a 48-44 victory. Rachael Sherman had nine rebounds and sophomore Marisa Agganis pulled in 10 rebounds.

Georgetown took on a taller Winthrop team in the first of a home-and-home series and scrapped for a 54-50 victory. Defense was key as Michelle Reilly (10 points and 6 steals) and Rachel Sherman (11 points and 5 steals) created valuable turnovers while Morgan Gott (7 points and 8 rebounds) worked hard in the paint for the Royals.
