Sophomore Jaclyn Torres, who was mainly a JV player last year, scored a hat trick and added an assist as Andover opened its field hockey season with a 7-0 victory over Bishop Fenwick. Elise Krekorian added two goals and Kate Farnham had two assists.
"Jaclyn has been a pleasant surprise and has been very good defensively also," said Andover coach Maureen Noone. "She's going to be a good one."
