Andrew Ouellette scored his 100th point of the season yesterday to help lead Central Catholic to a 10-3 victory over Timberlane at Central Catholic.

Ouellette scored four goals and added three assists to give him 66 goals and 35 assists on the season.

"He has stepped up and is carrying the offense on his shoulders," Central coach Kevin Lally said.

Ouellette also has collected 145 ground balls.

Meanwhile, goalie Sean Kennedy posted 10 saves. Kennedy, a junior, is in his first year starting.

"He's been playing well," Lally said. "He had 17 saves the other day against Haverhill.  He worked hard in the offseason to win the starting job and won it in the first two weeks."

Patrick Rooney and Andrew McCarthy both played well on defense.

"All in all our defense is playing great," Lalley said.

Nick Parent scored a goal. Parent, reguarly a midfield, played attack because of an injury to Conor Murphy.

Murphy recently injured his ankle. Lalley said he is unsure of when Murphy will be able to return.
