Joe Kuta scored the only goal of the game with 1:30 left in regulation to lift Andover past Tewksbury, 1-0, to bring the Golden Warriors back to .500 on the season (7-7-3).
Matt Swet entered the offensive zone and found Kuta, who was about 15 feet in from the blue line, and the senior defenseman rifled a shot over the glove of the Tewksbury netminder.
"It was a great shot," said head coach Mario Martiniello. "Matt came into the zone and didn't really have a lot of room but found Joe at the point and Joe blasted a shot high-glove. We were applying some pressure late in the game and was finally able to get one through."
Andover goaltender Kyle Berthiaume made 41 saves for the shutout.
"(Berthiaume) really had a great night," Martiniello said. "Tewksbury put a lot of shots on him but he turned them away. He stayed composed."
