In a ussual hard fought rivalry game between Haverhill and Tewksbury, the Hillies were able to overcome a 3-2 deficit with 10 minutes left in the game, winning 4-3. Haverhill's Molly Fitzgerald played outstanding as she assisted on the tying score, and one minute later rocketed in the go-ahead goal to propell Haverhill to the win.
During the final two minutes of the game, Tewksbury was unable to get the ball back into their possession as Fitzgerald pinned the ball in the corner and dribbled through and around defenders as she ran out the clock.
"This was an outstanding comeback for our team," said coach Fred Tarbox. "We were stuggling to score but Molly just took over the game."
