WORCESTER — Neither defense was giving an inch between Phillips and Worcester Academy.
Chelmsford Sal Lupoli led the charge again with 18 tackles and a sack, but Phillips couldn't get any offense going in an 8-0 loss Saturday night.
Worcester Academy scored all of its points in the third quarter on a safety and a Kevin Darton 2-yard touchdown run. Phillips (2-4) only had 69 yards of offense.
Troy Pollack added 12 tackles and a fumble recovery for Phillips, Magnus Voge had 10 tackles and sophomore Graham Archer had 8 tackles.
Phillips hosts archrival Phillips Exeter Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
