The Newburyport Clippers (12-2-4) tied the North Andover Scarlet Knights (14-1-3) at North Andover yesterday, 1-1. Ashley Karelis scored the lone Clipper goal, and Haley Morris made nine saves for Newburyport. The Clippers had the advantage in shots (22-14), but North Andover had more offensive corners, 8-7. Two Clipper goals were called back.

"We played them well. We had them on their heels," said Clipper coach Lauren Hefferan. "Haley Morris, Haley Johnson, Gabbie Quarantiello, and Nicole Thurlow played very well tonight."
