Kaitlyn Goodwin made 23 saves for Amesbury (4-9-2). Forward Alyssa Lariviere was instrumental in keeping the pressure off of the defense, according to Amesbury coach Gail Kelleher.
"We did well to hold it to a two-goal game," Kelleher said. "We played the majority of the game on our own defensive end."
