Whittier's unbeaten softball team (10-0) enjoyed another romp Friday, blasting Minuteman 17-0 in five innings. Lena Faranna got the win while Dominque Ortiz was 3 for 3 with four RBIs and three runs scored. Whittier has now outscored its opponents 129-12 on the year. Usual starter Kayla Riley played shortstop and was 3 for 4, scoring four runs and knocking in three.
