Bishop Brady's superior point guard Jourdain Bell got into early foul trouble and Pelham pounced with a swarming press. That and Keith Brown (25 points, 16 rebounds) were the difference as No. 4 Pelham beat No. 5 Brady 79-66 in the quarterfinals.
Ryan Frank (4 3-pointers) and Ryan Cloutier had 12 points each while defensive pest Zach Conway had 7 of his 9 in the wild second quarter when the Pythons outscored the hosts 29-22.
Pelham will take on No. 1 Pembroke, the defending state champs, Wednesday at UNH at 7:30 in the semis.
