NORTH ANDOVER — Brooks ran into an angry Belmont Hill squad and paid the price, falling behind 21-0 in the first quarter and dropping a 35-7 decision.
The Green and WHite (1-4), trying to win their second straight, broke up the shutout bid in the fourth quarter on a 10-yard scoring run by Justin Freeman.
Coy Candelario of Haverhill had a tremdous game in defeat, rushing for 127 yards on 21 carries. Brooks will be at Governor's Academy next Saturday.
