It took one turn through the order for Andover's offense to find its way.
After that, the visiting Warriors racked a trio of Salem pitchers for 15 hits, 14 of them singles, in a 15-3 victory.
The Blue Devils (2-5) actually held a 1-0 lead when Joe Lemenager walked and eventually scored on Matt Barbin's sacrifice fly, but Andover (3-3) erupted for four third-inning runs to start the onslaught.
Jimmy Walsh led the way with two RBI singles and a run-scoring sacrifice fly, while Andrew Deloury plated a run with a third-inning single and another in the six-run sixth frame.
Starter Joe Bryant worked his way out of several jams over three innings to pick up the victory, and Sam Bennett impressed by closing out the win with 2 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, inducing a double play ball to close out the fourth with the bases loaded.
