Zander Buttress scored the game-tying goal and, with 1:05 left in regulation, took a pass from Jory Makin and scored the game-winner as Brooks topped Phillips 8-7.
"This is the first time we have ever beaten Phillips, and we have played them for about 15 years," said Brooks coach Bob Moore. "The kids played inspired and nothing was going to hold them back."
Buttress led the winners with four goals and Andrew Uglietto was huge in net with 11 saves.
