Pelham falls at Kearsarge


NORTH SUTTON, N.H. — Pelham fell behind early at Kearsarge and never recovered, dropping a 49-13 decision on the road.
Kevin Cheam rambled 80 yards for a first-quarter score, and Chris Benjamin pounded in from one-yard out for the other.
Pelham falls to 1-4, while Kearsarge bumps up to 4-1.

Pelham falls short

Track star Kevin Cheam once again showed off his speed, breaking free for an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the second quarter, but Pelham fell to Monadnock 41-7.

Cheam's touchdown breifly cut the deficit to just a single score, before Monadnock (4-1) rebounded two two more scores.

Epping, Pelham

PELHAM — Pelham led 10-6 after a period on a Kevin Cheam 65-yard touchdown run and a 32-yard Jake Diaz field goal.

Cheam went over 100 yards rushing but Epping took control en route to a 27-10 victory. Defensive lineman Justin Reale and center Chadd Loring also played well for the 1-2 Pythons.

Sanborn takes opener

Sanborn used a Daniel Wydola interception to squash a Pelham scoring drive late in the first half, then struck behind Kyle Seale's perfect 42-yard TD toss to Brendan Hamilton a play later to seize control for an eventual 27-12 victory.
