The future looks very bright for Salem's girls soccer program as exhibited by its 3-0 victory over Timberlane. Sophomore Jersey Burns contributing a goal, and Brianna Tan added a pair of assists while playing only the second half. The shutout defensive effort was led by juniors Hanna LaRochelle and McKenzie Miller.

Read More »Stopper Felicia Amaral, a captain, provided some needed offense, scoring a goal and adding an assist to help Timberlane beat Trinity 3-0. Amaral needed to step up as Timberlane has battled some injuries to some of its offensive players. Meanwhile, Keeper Jess Barrett, who was converted into a goalie last year, made three saves to record the shutout.

Ally Mills pried the ball loose and gave Jackson a good look and she found the corner. Jess Barrett (4 saves) made some key saves late in regulation for the 1-5 Owls.
