Sean Caron went 2 for 4 with six RBIs and two runs scored as Londonderry dropped Spaulding, 12-0, in the Class L first round. Caron smashed a 3-run homer in the first and also had a bases-clearing double in the third. Dan Lagasse racked up three hits and Jake Finnegan fanned five in four innings to get the win. It was a very meaningful win for coach Brent Demas, who registered his 100th career victory.

The Lancers knocked out eight hits on their way to a 17-2 regular season finish. Sean Caron also had two hits in the win.
