UMass Lowell-bound senior Briana Szidat reached the 1,000 point plateau thanks to her 14-point performance in Pelham girls basketball's 47-33 victory over Monadnock. According to Pelham AD Tim Powers, Szidat is only the second girls player in school history to reach the milestone. Joining Szidat in the Pythons' assault were Jacqui Perry, who chipped in 11 points, and Nicole Mastacouris, who had nine points.
