Heavyweight Yasser Maita clinched a 39-33 victory for Andover over Haverhill with a third period pin. It was the Warriors' fifth straight win to conclude a 7-3 season.

 Hussain Mahesri had a key pin at 170 pounds and Yasser Maita get the clinching points with a 7-4 decision at heavyweight despite being outweighed by 60 pounds as Andover rallied from a 27-6 deficit to beat Chelmsford 31-27.

First-year wrestlers Gianni Defilippis and Andrew Wetterwald both had wins to highlight Andover's 39-24 win over Dracut. Wetterwald, a sophomore, had a 41-second pin at 195 pounds.

Engaged in a close match at 170, Miles Fraser got a pin with 30 seconds left to give Andover the momentum it needed for a 43-33 win over Lawrence. Yasser Maita also had a big overtime win at 220 for the Warriors (3-3).

Down 30-0, Andover's wrestling team won the next seven weight classes and defeated Tewksbury 42-33. Max McNeeley started it all with a first period pin at 145 pounds.

Central Catholic's wrestling team continues to roll, whipping Andover 60-12. In the match of the day, freshman Brandon D'Agostino bumped up a weight to 182 and defeated standout Sean Ballou, 8-6.
