Coach Jeff Baumann said, "Bella was able to get in behind them and got some breakaways. She's very poised. On the last goal, she made her move at the 18 and hammered it into the upper corner. They are both very talented."

Arden Ferrari-Henry excelled in goal with 12 saves, but Timberlane girls soccer dropped a battle of undefeated teams 2-0 to Exeter in the Division 1 preliminary round. The Owls fell to 8-1-1, while the Blue Hawks improved to 12-0-0.

Timberlane's girls soccer team ended the regular season with an 8-0-1 record heading into next week's Division 1 tournament with a 4-0 shutout of Manchester West. Maggie O'Connor scored twice for the Owls.

Sophomore Sophia Keogh scored her first varsity goal — then followed that with three more goals — and twin sister Leah Keogh added one goal as Timberlane soccer rolled past Salem 7-1.

Hannah Collins, who missed all of last year due to knee surgery, scored the game-winner as Timberlane nipped Salem in overtime, 2-1, in its season opener. Bella Keough had a goal and an assist for the Owls.
