Lindsey Murphy's two-run walk-off home run in the bottom of the eighth sealed a 9-8 victory for Windham in its season opener. Larissa Piessens added two hits, including a home run, and three RBIs. Murphy, Makayla Panich and Jasmine Moskowitz each added two-hit performances. Abby Bedient went the distance in the circle, striking out 11.
