The Central Catholic volleyball team suffered a heartbreaking, 3-2, loss to No. 2 Masconomet in the Division 1 North quarterfinals. The Raiders lost the last two sets in extra points, 28-26 and 19-17. Sarah Janco had a team-high 14 kills for the No. 10-seeded Raiders, who end their season 11-7.

No. 10 Central Catholic volleyball swept No. 7 Marblehead in D1 North opening round play. Kills: Sarah Janco led with 14 kills while 

Rachel Hyatt had 28 assists.

Central Catholic volleyball took down Chelmsford, 3-0, to qualify for the state tournament. Rachel Hyatt had a team-high 27 assists for the Raiders (8-6).

Lauren Ahlholm led the way with 16 kills, Sarah Farnum had 41 assists and Laura Farnum had 40 digs as North Andover took down rival Central Catholic in a thrilling 3-2 win.

Trailing 2-0, the Central Catholic volleyball team won three straight games for  a big 3-2 win over Andover. In what was a true "team" win for the Raiders, Olivia Hall finished with 14 kills and Sarah Janco added 10. Alexis Mancha had 13 kills, 9 assists and 16 kills. for Andover

Central Catholic blitzed Billerica, 3-0, to improve to 5-4. It was win No. 200 (200-71) for Coach Gannon Paris with the Central girls' program. He's also the Raiders' boys coach. Olivia Thomas-Roy led the Raiders with 9 service pionts and four aces.

Julia Webster led the play at net with 10 kills as North Andover swept Central Catholic in volleyball to improve to 5-0.

Down 2-1 in games, Central Catholic rallied for a dramatic 3-2 victory over Andover. Sarah Janco had 13 kills and three blocks for the Raiders while Rachel Hyatt had 28 assists and 14 service points. Alexis Mancha had a stunning 40 digs for Andover.

Lismari Valdez was money on the service line with seven aces to help Haverhill sweep Central Catholic. Shayla Doherty had 12 assists for the Hillies.
