 Central Catholic made some changes and called up some JV players, "pulling out all the stops" according to coach Casey Grange, and defeated Haverhill 2-0 to qualify for the state tournament in its last games. One of the call-ups, sophomore Allie Fischer, scored her first varsity goal, and Sydney Wnek also scored for the Raiders (8-8-1).

Gina Albano tied it on "an unbelievable" 40-yard direct kick and quad-captain Sydney Owen tallied the game-winner early in the second half as Haverhill beat Tewksbury, 2-1. The Hillies will earn a shate for the MVC Large title if they can beat Central Monday at 7 p.m. at Trinity Stadium. 

Sydney Owen and Meggie Dellea both scored as Haverhill girls soccer earned a huge 2-1 win over perennial power Central Catholic. It was the first time the Hillies had beaten the Raiders since 2007, breaking a 14-game non winning streak (0-12-2) where they were outscored 51-9.

Felicya DeCicco made 12 saves for the shutout and Haverhill field hockey beat North Andover 2-0. Delani Dorsey and Sydney Owen each scored a goal for the Hillies.

Sydney Owen scored on a breakaway set up by Gina Albano to give Haverhill girls soccer a huge 1-0 win over previously unbeaten Dracut (7-1-2). The Hillies move to 6-3-1.

Haverhill's Gina Albano booted a free kick under the crossbar and into the goal from 40 yards out with 14 minutes left in the game, and the Hillies locked down a 1-0 win over Billerica. Felicya DeCicco made six saves for the shutout.

Kylee Murphy and Sydney Owen scored for Haverhill and the defense did the rest as the Hillies blanked Marblehead 2-0. Felicya DeCicco ahd 5 saves in the win.

Ashley Yonchak, Olivia Gotobed and Rileigh Cinquegrano each scored a goal as North Andover remained unbeaten by downing Haverhill 3-0.

Andover girls soccer beat Haverhill, 3-2, Julianna Kennedy scored the game-winner with a minute left, on a scramble off a Olivia Schwinn-Clanton corner kick. Schwinn-Clanton also had a goal.

Sydney and Molly Owen each scored with less than five minutes to go in both the first and second half as Haverhill girls soccer took down Methuen 2-0.
