Ellis stars, but Astros eliminated

Thanks to 14 huge saves by Khaliyah Ellis, No. 2 Pinkerton pushed No. 3 Winnacunnet to two overtimes and five corners before falling 3-2 in the Division 1 semifinals.
 
Justine Doyle and Lily Auger each scored a goal and Sarah Collins starred on defense for the Astros, who closed out the season 14-2.

OT thriller

Marley Mailloux got the overtime winner for Pinkerton when she put home a corner after a nice arial shot from Lily Auger. The Astros earned a big 2-1 win over a talented Winnacunnet team also thanks to their back line play from Auger, Sarah Collins and Courtney Lamphere.

Overtime winner

It took the prolific Kate Blaisdell just two minutes to score in overtime to lift Windham to a 1-0 win over Winnacunnet. Her initial shot was deflected, but she corralled her own rebound and put home the game winner.
