 Whittier  dug itself a two-game hole before it could get untracked and fell to Notre Dame 3-1 in the Division 3 North quarterfinals. Jordan Alper had eight kills for the Wildcats (15-6) and Danielle Ryan contributed eight service points.

Closing out the season with a 25-22, 25-19, 17-25, 25-19 victory over Shawsheen Valley to improve to 15-5, the Whittier girls vollyball team has qualified for postseason play. Kendra Hobbs led the way with 21 assists, 16 service points and three aces, and Jordan Alper contributed 15 kills and two blocks.

Kendra Hobbs led Whittier back from two games to take the match against Fellowship Christian 3-2. Hobbs put up 14 assists and 11 service points.

In spite of losing the first set 22-25, the Whittier girls volleyball team stormed back to win the next three 25-6, 25-12, 25-18. Samantha Dietrich led the way with an astounding 24 service points, including 12 aces. She also added a team-high six kills, while Kendra Hobbs recorded 10 assists.

The Whittier duo of Danielle Ryan and Kendra Hobbs dominated Mysitic Valley on their own in the 25-19, 25-22, 25-13 win. Ryan tallied 12 service points in a row on her way to a team-high 17 and Kendra Hobbs notched 10 points in a row, and led with six aces.

Whittier Tech improved to 4-0 with a shutout win over Northeast behind eight kills from Jordan Alper.

Kendra Hobbs chipped in seven assists, and Danielle Ryan served a dozen points in the victory.

Whittier swept Nashoba Valley 25-17, 25-22, 25-8. Jordan Alper racked up 11 kills and Kendra Hobbs had 11 assists.
