Haverhill's softball team continued its strong late-season play, winning its fourth straight 6-4 over Andover. Red-hot Kerrin McLaughlin was 3 for 4 with an RBI and run scored for the Hillies and Shannon Alvino was 3 for 3 with two RBIs.

Sicily DiDomenico had 10ks and Ashley Moore (3 hits, 3 RBIs, 2 runs) led the offense as Haverhill tripped up Masconomet, 11-2.

On her 18th birthday, leadoff hitter Sarah Cowley had a triple, a single and scored a run to help Haverhill roll past Wakefield 8-0.

Ashley Moore crushed a two-run triple in the bottom of the first to get Haverhill on the board early, and the junior tri-captain finished 2 for 4 with four RBIs in a 10-7 win over Wakefield. Kerrin McLaughlin was 3 for 3 with two doubles and four RBIs as well.

Andover senior Maggie Livingston pitched a complete game, scattering eight hits, as the Golden Warriors beat Haverhill 5-1. Anna O'Sullivan added two hits and two RBIs for the Warriors.

Nyah Mazzone drove in three runs and Claudia Crowe was 3 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI as Methuen (12-1) continued to surge, blanking Haverhill 7-0.

Lindsay Joubert had a triple and two doubles, scored three runs and knocked in three and Haverhill collected 21 hits but Lowell scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh to claim a 16-15 victory over the Hillies.

Haverhill tripped Chelmsford 6-5. Trailing 5-4 in the bottom of the seventh, Kerrin McLaughlin singled, Shannon Alvino singled, and Jalyn Pearl tied with with a sac fly. After Brianna Constabile walked, Sarah Cowley was the hero, lacing the game-winning RBI single. Alvino was 4 for 4 on the day.

Ashley Moore hit a three-run triple to highlight Haverhill's 13-1 victory over Lawrence. Sarah Cowley added three hits and two RBIs and Sicily DiDomenico struck out nine and allowed just four hits.

Central Catholic downed Haverhill, 14-8. Kylie Frank and Sarah Janco each had two RBIs and Abby Latham scored three times for the Raiders. Kerrin McLaughlin had a 3-run homer and four RBI for the Hillies.
