In the last regular season game of the season, the Hornets (14-2-3) clinched the Cape Ann League small title with a convincing win over Rockport (7-10-2). Junior wing Amelia Cohen scored two goals and dished out an assist. Other Manchester Essex goal scorers included Katie Gavin and Eliza Blatchford while Lee Stroman, Annie Osborne each notched assists as well.

Rockport's Rachel Rowe scored two goals in the first half, and though the contest remained tight for the remainder of the game, the Sachems just couldn't muster a score of their own. Each team had four shots on goal, but Pentucket had the advantage in penalty corners, 10-2. Kelleigh O'Hearn had two saves in the loss.
