Haverhill closed out its season with its best effort of the season, a 66-57 victory over tourney-bound Everett.  led the way with three 3-pointers and 20 points, McKayla Dingle added 18 points and Ellelandra Arakelow had 14 points and 15 rebounds. 

Sophomore Leandra Kwo led Haverhill with 14 points in a 62-36 thumping of Lawrence. Ellelandra Arakelow added 12 for the Hillies. 

It didn't come easy, but Central Catholic girls basketball made it 11 wins in a row in a hard-fought 61-53 win over Haverhill. A tie game at the half, Kaylee Thomas (16 points) and Maura Smith (14 points) helped the Raiders secure the win after the break. Ellelandra Arakelow (16 points) led the Hillies on both ends of the floor.

Ellelandra Arakelow scored 14 points, Christina Firek 12 and McKayla Dingle 11 as the Haverhill girls thumped Dracut, 68-51.

Freshman Tatum Shaw exploded for 21 points to lead Andover to a 74-28 victory over Haverhill. Taylor Landry added 16 points for the winners.

Mikayla Ferullo drilled five 3-pointers and was 7 for 8 from the line to finish with a season-high 24 points as Methuen defeated Haverhill 61-48.

Emily Sifferlen poured in 23 points with 11 rebounds and six steals to lead North Andover to a victory over MVC rival Haverhill. Christina Firek had 20 points on five 3's for the Hillies.

Ellalandra Arakelow had a game-high 21 points, and Christina Firek added 13 to help Haverhill pull away from Lawrence for the 69-52 victory. Telaisha Solier led the way for the Lancers with 13 points.

Sophomore Christina Firek was on fire for Haverhill basketball. She drilled four 3's and finished with a game-high 20 points to lead the Hillies to an opening-day win over Everett, 64-49. Leandra Kwo chipped in 12 points for the winners.
