Pinkerton got 17 points from Madison Mahoney and Brooke Kane added 10 points of her own to lead the girls basketball team to a 46-40 win over Merrimack in the Division 1 quarterfinals. Pinkerton will now face No. 3 seeded Bedford in the Division 1 semifinals.

Brooke Kane pumped in 19 points and Amanda Lemire added 17 as first-place Pinkerton blitzed Trinity, 63-49.

Amanda Lemire scored a team-high 18 points and Brooke Kane added 16 points as Pinkerton dealt Bedford its second loss of the season with a 60-52 victory. The win elevates the Astros (17-2) to first place in New Hampshire Division 1.

Victoria Overko drilled five 3-pointers and led all scorers with 22 points to lead Pinkerton to a 63-49 win over Londonderry, lifting the surging Astros to 16-2. 

Pinkerton freshmen Brooke Cuskick scored her first varsity points when she knocked down a 3-pointer to help the Astros dominate Keene 63-30.

Pinkerton rained in eight 3-pointers to pull away late and beat Manchester Central 50-37. Victoria Overko led the long-range assault with 13 points on four 3s.

Led by 17 points from sophomore Brooke Kane, Pinkerton was able to hold on late and beat Winnacunnet 46-44 to improve to 8-1 on the year. Madison Mahoney knocked down two big 3-pointers for the Astros.

Pinkerton girls basketball allowed just eight total points in the first half on the way to rolling over Nashua South 58-34. Alicia D'Onoforio and Taylor Frost each led the Astros with 13 points.

Pinkerton's girls took control in overtime to put away Manchester Central 50-42. Brooke Kane led a balanced attack for the Astros (2-0) with 14 points.

Amanda Lemire poured in 25 points and Brooke Kane added 22 as Pinkerton Academy opened its season by rolling over Exeter 67-44.
