Timberlane overcame six errors and scored a run in the 10th inning to nip Alvirne 6-5 to clinch the No. 1 seed for the upcoming Division 1 tournament. Kyleigh Fitzpatrick led off the 10th with a double and scored on a grounder for the final run. Amy Freeman had two doubles, a single and two RBIs and Kate Hoadley struck out 18 while throwing a three-hitter.
