After Hamilton-Wenham tied it up with just over a minute to play, North Reading's Cam Fagen grabbed a rebound and scored the game-winner with 48 seconds left to clinch the 9-8 win.

Overtime heroics

Down a goal with under a minute left in regulation, Brad Lumb netted his second goal of the game to lift North Reading into overtime. During the extra frame, Brian Cotter took a nice pass from Cam Fagen and rocketed a shot past the goalie for the game-winner. Nick Ponte recorded 15 clutch saves in net.

Big debut for Fagen

North Reading freshman Sean Fagen made a big impression in his varsity debut, erupting for four goals and two assists to lead the Hornets to a 13-0 win over Danvers. Jack Schille also had three goals and Brian Cotter and Cam Fagen each had two.
