Justin Dorosh scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as North Reading topped Triton 63-59, clinching the Cape Ann League Kinney Division title with an 18-2 record. Mike MacAuley added 11 points for the winners.

North Reading saw its big fourt quarter lead dissapear when Triton hit four consecutive 3-pointers to start the final frame. The Hornets were saved by Adam Goldstein, who hit a big three down the stretch, and sealed it with a couple of free-throws. Goldstein finished with 28 points, and hauled in 10 boards to go along with 5 blocks.

Playing without starting point guard Anthony Eldridge, who dislocated his shoulder Tuesday, North Reading's boys remained unbeaten (13-0) with a 69-30 romp over Notre Dame of Lawrence. Adam Goldstein led the way with 16 points.

Unbeaten North Reading clawed back from 15 down in the first half and beat CAL Small leader Hamilton-Wenham 60-59. Adam Goldstein had 24 points and Mike McCauley had a steal and 3-pointer with 45 seconds left to clinch it.

North Reading boys hoops rolled to their eleventh consecutive win thanks to 22 points and 15 rebounds from Justin Dorosh. Adam Goldstein added 21 points and 15 boards, while Anthony Eldridge finished with 14 points and 10 assists.

Haverhill's wrestling team had several excellent performances at a JV tournament at Reading. Finishing first in their weight classes were Kevin Fuller (113), Ryan McCartney (195), Dave Ruzzotti (230) and Roland Mercier (265). Taking seconds were Issiah Richardson (126) and Omar Nunez (205).

Adam Goldstein scored 20 points and Bob O'Donnell added 13 as North Reading edged out Amesbury 64-58 to improve to 7-0 on the season.
